By booking photography services from Eternal Creations Photography, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Eternal Creations Photography reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Photography Services

2.1. Booking: Our photography services are subject to availability and may require scheduling in advance. We reserve the right to decline any request for services at our discretion.

2.2. Payment: Payment for photography services is due in accordance with the terms specified in your booking agreement. We accept payment by credit card or other methods as indicated. Payment is required in full before any photography services are rendered.

3. Copyright and Usage

3.1. Copyright: All photographs and digital images produced by Eternal Creations Photography are protected by copyright laws. We retain the copyright to all images, but we grant our clients a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only.

3.2. Usage: Clients are permitted to use the photographs for personal use, which includes sharing on social media, printing for personal albums, and displaying within their homes. Commercial use, resale, or distribution of the photographs without our prior written agreement is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our cancellation and refund policy, which is outlined in your booking agreement and may vary depending on the type of photography services booked.

5. Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

Eternal Creations Photography shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our photography services.
